1. Windscreen Replacement

We offer a warranty on our windscreen replacement services.

 

Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the installation, such as air or water leaks originating from the installed area.

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover new damage from sources like stones, accidents, vandalism, or misuse. It also excludes cracks or chips that occur after the installation, as well as any issues caused by body or frame rust that affects adhesion. Repairs or replacements performed by third parties are also not covered.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for windscreen replacement is determined by your insurer’s policy, except in cases of self-payment.

• AIG/Direct Asia: Lifetime warranty (with the same insurer)

• Allianz / Budget Direct / ERGO / EQ / Income / Liberty / MSIG / Singlife: 1-year warranty

• QBE: 2-year warranty

• Etiqa / Great American / HL Assurance: 9-month warranty

• China Taiping / ECICS / Great Eastern / India International / Sompo / Tokio Marine / UOI: 6-month warranty

• All Other Insurance Companies / Cash Replacement Jobs: 6-month warranty

 

2. Windscreen Repair

 

Our windscreen repair service comes with a lifetime warranty.

Coverage

This warranty covers the spreading of the initial damage from the original repair point, shrinking of the repair resin, and discoloration of the repaired area.

 

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover new or unrelated damage that occurs after the repair. Tampering with the repair area by unauthorized parties or damage caused by abrasive chemicals or solvents are also not covered.

 

3. Glass Polishing (Stains or Scratches Removal)

 

Please note that due to the nature of glass surfaces and various external conditions,

No Warranty is provided for glass polishing or scratch removal services.

 

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the treated area upon completion of the service. Your approval at that time signifies your acceptance of the results. While polishing removes existing stains or scratches, it is not a permanent solution and does not prevent future damage. Environmental exposure, improper cleaning, or physical contact can cause new stains or scratches. Additionally, some deeper scratches or etching may not be fully removable and might remain slightly visible.

 

4. Solar Film

 

We offer a warranty on our solar film installation.

Coverage

The warranty covers peeling, bubbling, cracking, fading, or discoloration of the film.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover damage caused by using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects on the film. It also excludes scratches or chips from items like rings, seat belts, or pet claws. Damage due to window malfunction or normal wear and tear, especially on edges and roll-down windows, is not covered.

Validity The warranty period depends on the brand of solar film installed:
